You have ADHD

Does Any of This Sound Familiar?

You've been managing your whole life. Getting by, masking, pushing through. Maybe you were recently diagnosed, maybe you've known for years but never quite found what actually helps. Either way, you're exhausted from working twice as hard just to keep up.

You might be:

  • Struggling to start tasks even when you genuinely want to do them

  • Missing deadlines, losing things, forgetting conversations

  • Feeling like you're always one step behind everyone else

  • Wondering how you can be capable and intelligent but still so disorganized

  • Trying every productivity system only to watch them fall apart within a week

This is not a willpower problem, and you don't have to keep white-knuckling it.

A Different Way of Working

ADHD coaching isn't therapy, and it isn't someone telling you to try harder. It's a practical, collaborative process of understanding how your brain actually works - and building strategies around that, not around how a neurotypical brain works.

Together, we focus on what's getting in your way right now: time, energy, focus, work, relationships - whatever matters most to you. And we build from there.

When your child is diagnosed, the information coming at you from every direction can be completely overwhelming. You're trying to be the best advocate for your child while also holding everything else together.

I work with parents to cut through the noise, helping you understand what the diagnosis really means, what actually helps, and how to support your child without losing yourself in the process.

Parenting a Child With ADHD

Properly Trained, Genuinely Experienced

I came to ADHD coaching through lived experience - supporting my child through their diagnosis while navigating many of the same questions and conflicting advice you might be dealing with now. That's backed by formal training at the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), the Executive Function Coaching Academy, and a Master of Arts in Intercultural and International Communication.

I'm not here to judge how you got here. I'm here to help you figure out what's next.
